1. Access to, and use of this website is provided by CTVC ltd subject to acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions of Service, Privacy Policy and Legal Information. These apply to all CTVC's Company websites including, but not limited to, CTVC's own website (www.ctvc.co.uk), the TrueTube website (www.truetube.co.uk) the BoldFace Productions website (www.boldfaceproductions.co.uk) and any other websites to which CTVC owns the rights.
2. Access to and/or use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms of service, which takes effect on the date on which you first use the site. If you submit videos or any other material for inclusion in CTVC's websites or any other services ("User Content"), CTVC has the right to edit, post, refuse to post or remove any User Content at its sole discretion. CTVC is not responsible for, neither does CTCV accept any liability for, any User Content. Any opinions, advice, statements, offers or other information expressed, made available or contained in User Content are not those of CTVC but are those of the party concerned. CTVC neither endorses nor is it responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any User Content, and excludes all liability that may arise in respect of such material to the fullest extent permitted by law.
2. By submitting User Content to CTVC, you grant CTVC and all users of CTVC's websites a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to copy the User Content, issue copies of it to the public, rent or lend it, perform it, communicate it to the public, and to make adaptations of User Content and do any of the above acts in relation to such adaptations, throughout the world in all media including but not limited to CTVC's websites.

These terms of service are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English law and any disputes relating to these terms of service will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The various provisions of these terms of service are severable and if any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions.
